Mansfield Care Group Announces Leadership Restructure

We are delighted to announce a restructure of Mansfield Care Group’s senior leadership team, effective from 7th October 2025.

Lucy Duffin, formerly Operations Director, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and operational excellence across the organisation.

William Howell, previously Financial Director, has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), leading Mansfield Care Group’s financial strategy and long-term planning.

In addition, Frank Pratt will continue to provide governance and support as Company Secretary.
