Mansfield Care Group Proudly Sponsors 1st XV Match

Mansfield Care Group was proud to sponsor the final Premiership fixture of the season at The Greenyards, as Melrose RFC faced Hawick RFC in a highly anticipated Borders derby.

As match sponsors, we were delighted to host residents, families and friends for a special afternoon together. Guests enjoyed a private function lunch in the Eildon Suite before heading out to soak up the atmosphere and watch the game unfold.

The event was our way of saying thank you to residents and families for their patience and understanding while renovation works were carried out at St John’s. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate community spirit and be part of such a significant local sporting occasion.

We extend our sincere thanks to Melrose Rugby for their warm hospitality and for ensuring the day was so enjoyable for everyone involved.

During the event, we also had the pleasure of meeting Senior Steward Elise Ross, who is currently raising funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation in support of research into Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Elise has taken on an incredible challenge – rowing the full 97 miles of the River Tweed on a rowing machine, from source to Berwick.

Mansfield Care Group was proud to make a contribution towards her fundraising efforts, supporting such an inspiring commitment to an important cause.
