Mansfield Care Group Takes on the Edinburgh Kiltwalk for Alzheimer Scotland

On Sunday 14th September, the Mansfield Care Group team laced up their walking shoes and joined thousands of participants in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2025, marking the event’s 10th anniversary year.

Our team took on the 11-mile Big Stroll with determination and plenty of smiles along the way – all in support of a cause very close to our hearts: Alzheimer Scotland.

At Mansfield Care, caring is at the heart of everything we do. Taking part in the Kiltwalk was our way of giving back and helping Alzheimer Scotland provide vital support to people living with dementia, their families, and carers across Scotland.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we’ve raised essential funds for the charity – and we’re delighted to share that Mansfield Care Group has proudly matched every single donation. Together, every step we took and every pound raised will make a real difference.
